Ski patrol treating a casualty in a rescue sled

From the call-out to the invoice. One report.

Times, injury, treatment, handover — filled in on the slope, even without signal.

Request access — 30-day trial How it works

No credit card. Your trial starts when your season starts — winter or summer.

The paper form is gone

In March someone asks for the report from January. It is in a folder somewhere, if it still exists at all.

Nobody can read the name

Handwriting in gloves, in falling snow. No name and no address means no invoice.

The ambulance crew knows nothing

What was done gets handed over by word of mouth. In the noise, in an accent, under time pressure.

Three things that have to be right

When the call-out ends, what counts is what was written down

The handover

The ambulance crew knows what you did before they arrive. Times, injury, treatment given and the handover — in writing, legible, independent of accents and radio quality.

The handover
The invoice

The invoice

No call-out goes unbilled. The report becomes the evidence for the insurer and the invoice itself — no retyping, no phone calls about someone’s handwriting.

Your defence

When a solicitor calls in March, you have the report from January. Every change is logged, the call-out is traceable and you can find it in two clicks.

Your defence

Works without signal

The call-out is recorded where it happens

Photos, GPS position and signatures stay on the device until there is a connection again, then they sync. Large fields, few inputs, usable with gloves on. Once synced, no patient data stays on the device.

The call-out is recorded where it happens
Summer is no longer a side show

Winter and summer

Summer is no longer a side show

A fall on the piste, a fall on the trail, a mountain cart, a walker with a broken ankle — the sequence is the same: secure, treat, transport, hand over, invoice. In one Tyrolean resort PisteGo has been running since December without a break, in winter and in summer, without anyone switching systems.

That is why we charge per year and not per season. You do not pay twice because your area is open twelve months.

Why it matters legally

Rarely written into law. In a dispute, your only evidence.

In most Alpine countries slope rescue is not spelled out in a single statute. It follows from the operator’s duty of care and from the transport contract with the guest — which is exactly why the documentation carries the weight. If the treatment, the times or the handover are contested months later, the report is what you have. Insurers ask for it, and so do lawyers.

The legal framework differs by country. We are happy to go through yours with you.

What the report contains

  • Time of the call-out and time of arrival on scene
  • Casualty, home address, accommodation, insurance
  • Location with GPS and rescue point
  • Airway, breathing, circulation, consciousness, vital signs
  • Injured body regions and suspected diagnosis
  • Wound care, immobilisation, special measures
  • Transport and handover
  • Signed disclaimer, in the casualty’s language
  • Equipment: skis, snowboard, sledge, bike, mountain cart, on foot
  • Photos and documents belonging to the call-out

Pricing

One annual price for the whole team

We do not charge per user. Your crew is made up of seasonal staff and volunteers, and all of them need access — otherwise the data from the hill never reaches the system.

At 150 call-outs a year, Annual Licence Basic costs around €10 per call-out. One call-out you cannot invoice because the name on the paper form was illegible costs you more than that.

For customers in Switzerland we invoice in francs: CHF 1,490 and CHF 3,900 per year. Payment by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. Businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without Austrian VAT (reverse charge). Reading and exporting your data stays possible after the subscription ends.

Common questions

What we get asked most often on the phone

Do we need to buy devices?

No. PisteGo runs on the phones and tablets you already have. Once a report has synced, no patient data stays on the device.

How long does setup take?

You send the form, we set your account up within 24 hours and walk you through it. No change to how you operate, no installation on site.

We already have a system. Why switch?

You may well not need to. Our question is a different one: how long does it take you from the call-out to a paid invoice — including when the casualty is from Hamburg or Utrecht? If you have a good answer to that, you do not need us.

Does it cover summer operations?

Yes. The sequence is the same whether the fall happens on the piste, in the bike park, on the mountain cart track or while walking: secure, treat, transport, hand over, invoice.

What happens to our data if we stop?

Reading and exporting stay possible even after the subscription ends. It is your documentation and you can download all of it at any time.

Is the trial really without a credit card?

Yes. And it starts when your season starts, not on the day you sign up — December for a ski area, spring for a bike park.

Who is behind PisteGo?

PisteGo is part of FerdiGo, a system for running lift companies, workshops and rental operations. The incident documentation was built together with the ski patrol of a Tyrolean resort.
